## What is StackDays?

StackDays is the habit tracker you actually stick with, because you're not doing it alone. Build daily habits, grow your streak one day at a time, and keep your friends accountable right alongside you.

Whether you want to drink more water, read every night, train for a race, meditate, study or just build a better routine, StackDays turns small daily wins into a streak you won't want to break.

STACK YOUR DAYS
- Check off habits in one tap and watch your streak grow
- Track anything: a simple daily check-in, or a number like kilometres, minutes, reps, pages or glasses of water
- Every day, a few times a week or a few times a month: set the schedule that fits
- Give each habit its own goal, colour and emoji
- Forgot to log yesterday? Tap the day and fix it
- Drag to reorder your habits and Home sections

STAY ACCOUNTABLE WITH FRIENDS
People follow through far more often when someone is watching. StackDays makes that visible every day.
- Add friends with a simple invite code and see each other's streaks
- Run challenges together with shared habits, a start and end date, and a live leaderboard
- Team chat inside every challenge
- Get a nudge when a friend passes you

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
- Day, week and month views of everything you log
- A 12-week consistency heatmap
- Your strongest and weakest weekdays
- A calendar for every habit that shows your streaks as connected runs
- Monthly completion trends
- Printable PDF months and shareable streak cards

PROTECT YOUR STREAK
- Streak powers rescue a missed day (three new ones every month)
- Vacation mode pauses everything while you're away
- Habit reminders at the times you choose
- A heads-up before a streak you've earned is at risk

CELEBRATE MILESTONES
Badges and milestone ladders unlock as your streaks grow, from your very first day onwards.

MAKE IT YOURS
- Light, dark or automatic theme
- Six accent colours, or pick your own
- Four text sizes and optional haptics
- Apple Health sync for steps, distance and workout minutes

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No ads, and your data is never sold. Export your months as PDF, or delete your account whenever you like.

ONE PLAN, EVERYTHING INCLUDED
