Game changer for protocol management!
I’ve tried a few different apps for tracking my research and protocol cycles, but this one stands out. One feature I haven’t found anywhere else is the ability to set specific times of day for each supplement or research compound to be administered. I also love getting phone notifications reminding me when it’s time for my protocol. What I appreciate most is having my supplements and research compounds tracked in one place. The inventory feature is especially useful—I can see exactly what I have on hand and reorder in time before I run out mid-cycle. It’s nice to see. We finally have an app builder that has the vision to understand what is needed in our longevity game.

Easy to use and constantly improving
Really well thought out app and surprisingly easy to use. It brings tracking, calculators, inventory, schedules, and reference info into one place without feeling overwhelming. The UI is clean, setup is quick, and it solves a lot of little annoyances. App updates come quickly and user feedback genuinely seems to shape the product. Feels like an app built by someone who actually uses it.

Needs Improvment
Update: appears the titration scheduling and dosage problem has been fixed. In addition, an option to schedule a reminder TIME (not just morning, afternoon, evening) has been implemented. Thank you, Justin, for hearing my concern and fixing it so quickly. I’m glad because I have really enjoyed the app so far and now it’s even better! Updating to 5 stars!
Titration schedule needs work. Does not show correct dosage when titrating up or down and does not calculate doses remaining based on titration schedule. Need to manually increase/decrease dosage in schedule when titrating which recalculates the doses remaining based on the new dose and does not take into consideration prior doses already taken. Actual time of day reminders would also be good vs. morning/afternoon/evening. Could not find a way to ask about these issues in the app. Hopefully someone from Stack Mindr sees this and can advise.

User Friendly
I love this app. Not only does it keep me organized and on track with my peptide therapy, but I also love how it’s a 1-stop shop with the glossary, calculator, and calendar in one place! Great app for busy people!
