Definitely needed this bc I was tired of writing out my peps and dosages and then forgetting about them bc I didn’t have my book with me. This also helped me figure out when I was going to run out! Super helpful

This app makes tracking my vitamins so much more organized and easy to manage. I like that I can track everything in one place without overcomplicating it. It actually makes it easier to stay consistent and feel confident that I’m doing things right.

I am also a type one diabetic and I use this to plan when I’ll need to request a refill on my insulin!

You can tell a lot of thought went into it. It’s simple, but really effective. Definitely worth it if you want a better way to keep track of everything.
