Been tracking my protocols in sheets for about a year and kept messing up the math when I'd switch vial sizes. This does the reconstitution calc for you and remembers what you're running. Took me maybe 5 min to get everything entered. Only gripe is I wish the reminder notifications let you set a window instead of an exact time, I don't always inject at 8am on the dot. Dev seems active though so hopefully this will be in an update.

This app has been a game changer for staying on track with my goals. The interface is sleek and easy to use. I love the fact that I can log my physical activity and mental check-ins in one place. Also fantastic resource library to learn about other compounds that could be right for you👌Recommend for anyone looking to stay on track for a holistic health routine!

Downloaded this for the dosing log and figured that'd be it. Turns out it pushes to Apple Health, so my weight and body comp sit right next to what I'm running and everything from my watch!!! First time I could actually see the overlap without exporting anything.
