While I have lots of respect for my friends who made this app, I have to leave this honest review. If you have the chance to avoid this app, you will be doing yourself a favor. It has a difficult user interface & even if you have a direct line to the company, it will be extremely challenging to accomplish anything with it. We were fortunate enough to cut our losses the day before an event and switch to liveheats which was a breeze to set up & made life easier on the day-of competition. Until this app is completely overhauled it will be unsuccessful and loose marketshare to all the new, user-friendly services popping up.
