### 3/5 — Need to be able to search via airlines as well as airports

Usable Airlines - While it allows certain airlines to show up automatically based on airline privileges, it’s not always correct. Also I have 2 kids flying for 2 different airlines. It would be nice to for me to list which airlines I want to see vice only seeing the 5X airline’s which are not necessarily correct.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback. The permitted airlines list belongs to the airline, not to the account: it's the same for everyone at 5X, so it can't be tailored to one user. If the 5X list is wrong, send us the current one from your staff travel system at partners@staffairlines.com and we'll update it for everyone.

Since you fly on benefits from two different airlines, the filter is probably not for you: switch it off and the results show every airline flying the route.

Southwest used to appear in all my searches, but I can no longer find most Southwest flights if it requires a transfer, and none through DAL, if it is the transfer airport for the flight I need. I have to look up flights on the Southwest app, write down all flights and connecting flights for each leg of the flight, then check each leg separately, and piece together an itinerary.

Love this app! I can’t live without it, as a commuter. It’s accurate enough for me to rely on it for going to work or vacation. I’m always telling people how much better it is than some of the other apps out there. I’d love to see where it had “best chance” flights for the day for all airlines going all over anyway. Thanks!

Don’t waste your time. Entered a sample request and it is no where to be found but token is long gone and when trying to answer nothing but error message .. a refund would be wonderful

I paid for the premium, totally worth it. I commute and need accurate loads. This app comes very close to the actual loads. You don’t have to wait for someone to respond to your post. You can see direct and/or transfers. Highly recommend to add this to your tools for commuting.

This app is dumb. It gives the exact same info you can get off ID90 or MyIDTravel but they charge you $40/year for the convenience of not logging in. They give you limited credits to request specifics for each class. They don’t even have people to answer requests from all airlines. Don’t waste your money.

I commute regularly and was looking for an app that could enhance my planning when using other airlines. Using the free trial, I planned on a sector that had two flights showing 7+ the day prior to travel. Based on previous experience, I knew this level of data could be fickle but persevered. Sure enough, checking in I was advised that both flights were full and there were 4 staff on standby. Yes, you can sign up for additional data relying on airline staff to provide a better indication but that’s not a process I wish to use. Free trial cancelled, might work for some but no data is probably better than invalid data.

What's new:

My Flights 
You asked for it, so we built it. One section for every flight you're watching: the ones you starred, the ones you subscribed to, and the ones you asked an agent about. Nothing gets lost anymore. Swipe right or tap the star to add a flight, and see the status right on the card: waiting for an agent, in progress, answered, or when the next load update is due.

Turn load updates off
When you follow a flight, we check the load at regular intervals and send you the current numbers until departure. Now you can stop these notifications with a switch on the card.

Standby numbers 
When an agent answers a request, the standby count and the load estimate based on their data now show right in the search results, not just on the flight details screen. More flights in your list come with numbers a real person checked. Premium only.

New sort and filters
Sort by departure time or put the flights with the most seats on top, and hide the ones with almost no seats left.

New design
Search results, flight details, partner airlines and transfer routes have been fully redesigned, with new icons, aircraft models and liveries.

Plus a long list of fixes under the hood.
