## What is StaffConnect?

StaffConnect is the employee self-service app from Payroll Mauritius. Stay connected to your workplace HR and payroll information from your iPhone or iPad — secure, simple, and available in English and French.

FOR EMPLOYEES OF PAYROLL MAURITIUS CLIENTS

StaffConnect is intended for employees whose employer uses Payroll Mauritius. You need an active account provided by your employer to sign in.

YOUR WORKDAY, IN ONE PLACE

• Dashboard — See attendance, leave balances, salary summary, pending requests, and a snapshot of your team at a glance.

• Payslips — View and download payslips, browse pay history, and track net pay over time.

• Timesheet — Review daily time in/out, hours, overtime, and validation status. Managers can validate team timesheets.

• Leave — Request vacation, sick, and other leave types. Check balances and view your leave calendar.

• Calendar — See holidays, leave, and attendance in calendar or list view.

• Documents — Access HR documents and upload files for review when required.

• My requests — Submit and track salary advances, profile change requests, quick questions to HR, and more.

• Profile — View personal, employment, contact, and bank details. Request updates through approval workflows.

• Team tools (for managers) — Team dashboard, member profiles, daily attendance, leave management, scheduling, and request approvals.

• Notifications — Receive push alerts for request updates, team approvals, and important HR notices.

• Geo clock-in — Record check-in and check-out with location verification when your employer enables it.

• Security — Two-factor authentication (2FA) support, secure sign-in, and password reset.
