Back when I started doing travel assignments, everything was paperwork, phone calls, and waiting. Now, with this app, I feel like I’ve finally stepped into the 21st century. The layout is clean and easy to navigate, even for someone like me who’s not exactly “tech-savvy.” I appreciate that I can see all the available jobs, filter by location, pay, and shift type, and get all the details without having to call five different recruiters. I was used to traditional healthcare staffing companies with mediocre mobile apps but staffdna has changed the game and continues to do so. Full transparency and freedom to explore your job matches. Never want to miss a new job posting? Set up alerts to notify you of your new job matches and even set up to submit automatically to be first in line! LIFESAVER! Can do most things without a recruiter as well ### 5/5 — Excellent and helpful recruiter! *2024-04-17* I had a travel nurse recommend me this travel agency, and after almost completing my first assignment I would highly recommend this to other first time travelers or longtime travels! The app is really easy to use, you tell which state you want to go, your credentials, and length of contract you want to do. My recruiter, Nancy Vang, helped my get my assignment within a timely manner! She continues to check up on me frequently to see how I am doing. Weekly pay is great, all you have to do is take a picture of your time sheet and submit it on the app every Monday and you get every Friday! I applied and got in all my documents the same day. The recruiter said everything was great but held the onboarding process up, because she wanted to make sure I’d be IN THE STATE I wanted to travel to before she started compliance. What? This is a travel and PRN platform. What sense does it make to travel to the desired state JUST to start compliance? The point is to have everything lined up before you get there. If you get Rola as a recruiter, just go ahead and ask for another one. ### 1/5 — Travel Nurse Job *2022-08-10* I applied long ago took months to speak to anyone. I would call and office always closed and by the time recruiter got back it was months later. So long he apologized for the long wait and gave a bogus excuse. Second time reapplied … never talked to anyone for weeks finally kept calling. Called today and told my recruiter just went on vacation. I text the number she sent message from and crickets. I call and was appointed to someone name Maya who I’m afraid to submit or represent me at all! I was asked questions thst were already in my profile. She never looked at my resume. I was given no option really. No discussion of jobs that could work. Thankfully I had sent some interests. The recruiter is not aware of how to recruit anything. Asked everything that was on a 20 year resume. I’m outdone….. y’all reconsider this place! Very unorganized, unprofessional and incompetent! This a shame wow …. Waste of time ### 1/5 — I’ve been pending application for months now *2022-01-05, version 3.4* Why? ### 1/5 — Clinical Laboratory Scientist NO SPECIALTY *2021-10-10, version 3.3* No specialty for clinical laboratory scientist. The app requires you to select one for the profession but there are no choices for specialties to select from and it doesn’t let you advance to the next page because you haven’t selected a specialty yet. I was looking forward to an app that would help locate jobs for all health professions! Please fix! ### 1/5 — Won’t open *2020-10-11, version 2.7* I can’t get the app to open...it just crashes every time :( ### 1/5 — LPN jobs *2020-04-26, version 2.0* There are hundreds of jobs for LPN’s in Oregon listed on all the other app’s. This one has zero. ### 2/5 — Poor performance *2020-08-26, version 2.7* I started using Staff DNA in April 2020 prior to the completion of a contract. Since I have been using this app, I found there is little help with the company submitting you to jobs. Of the 14 jobs I have applied for, I have only been to submitted to 2 of them. Whereas when I deal with a live recruiter, I have No issues getting help and submitted. Avoid this app if possible, waste of time and missed opportunities. ### 5/5 — Best place to work! *2025-12-10* Working at StaffDNA has been the best experience so far! The team is incredibly supportive, collaborative, and uplifting which makes coming to work genuinely enjoyable. As a recruiter, I’ve been given the tools, trust and encouragement to grow both personally and professionally. The culture here is unmatched and I’m grateful to be party of such an amazing company.
