With Staffing Navigator™ you can:

► See star ratings and nurse staffing levels for more than 14,600 skilled nursing facilities in the United States
► Search for any facility in the United States
► Find optimum nursing staffing levels for any star rating you choose
► Compare the relative staffing difficulty for any facility using Broad River Rehab's "Staffing Elasticity Index™", which normalizes facilities by number of residents and overall patient acuity. See if your facility is harder to staff than the one down the road or across the country.
► Modify nursing rates for RNs, LPNs and CNAs for your region of the country or use average rates from the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Find the staffing level that will hit the star rating you want.
► Set your minimum level of staffing using either expected levels (casemix) or whatever value you choose.
