Employers never use it to call you for a job . Whats the point of saying you’re interested in a job & still have to drive to the location & apply again . Other temp services give you a interview once you apply & orientation . This just too many steps & info to fill in just for you to still have to go in person & reapply as if you weren’t interested on the app already . pointless . I filled out my documents and when it was time to log in to the app to check my status, it kept stating my username and password were incorrect. I have called repeatedly about this issue. I just want to update information and check on assignments. I have also redownload the app to see if there was an issue there, but it is still the same. After I caught the mistake the last time now all of a sudden the does not even have the pay and hourly tab anymore . This is ridiculous and why most people just work for themselves nowadays . At first, I could search for jobs and apply, which was great, but then I couldn't see what was happening with my applications. They just stayed stuck on "pending" whenever I managed to actually log in and check. The worst part is, I finally got a job offer through the app, and right after that, I got kicked out of my account. Now, it won't let me back in. I've tried everything – resetting my password, using the username I remember, even using the username the app sent me when I said I forgot it – and nothing works. It keeps saying my username or password is wrong, even though I'm positive they're right. This is a huge problem because I need to access my account to follow up on the job offer, and I'm completely locked out. It's super frustrating, and I really need this app to work correctly. I have noticed that the branch in Harrisonburg, VA frequently posts job openings, but upon calling or attempting to apply, I am often told that there are no available positions. This has occurred consistently over the past two years. Additionally, I was previously told that there was a single opening at the Hershey location in Stuart Draft, but after five months, I have not received a call back regarding the position. I am concerned that if I call tomorrow, I will be told that there are no available positions, despite the fact that the last two jobs I obtained through this method resulted in layoffs within a few weeks. Not a text message or a phone call, but a notification that lights up your phone right away. And you don’t have to call back to accept, you just open the notification and accept the job.
