Poi tocca al ristoratore occuparsi del colloquio ma non conoscevo una app così settoriale per noi. Per quanto mi riguarda ho già assunto ! Purtroppo però su 12 candidati nessuno si presenta ai colloqui. Si denota scarsa professionalità e serietà da parte dei candidati . Il ragazzo dell assistenza è sempre presente ma purtroppo l app non risponde alle necessità che invece un datore di lavoro si aspetta . L ‘app mi è stato detto che è stata progettata per il centro di Firenze pertanto forse per tutta la zona della periferia e provincia non è adatta perché è costernata per lo più da candidati del centro non automuniti. Un consiglio a tutti quelli che si iscrivono per cercare lavoro : serietà e professionalità passano anche dalle piccole cose . Gli imprevisti ci sono… ma se fissate dei colloqui e non potete andare basta anche mandare un messaggio ….
