It is not working anymore after few months it has been introduced in our company. ### 1/5 — One of the worst *2022-12-04, version 1.0.34* Extremely difficult to navigate. This app is not user friendly and if one of the worse systems my employers could of gone with. Makes it absolutely impossible to bank your OT or to take your leave as request always gets "lost" this is the worse system, they brought it in a year ago and it was been hell ever since. So I have to sign out than sign back in each time it freezes. Had to download for work , can’t navigate this app what so ever and barely works half the time ### 1/5 — Absolute garbage 2000’s app *2023-11-17, version 1.0.43* I cannot even express to you the level of anger and depression this app makes me feel. Their website isn’t any better. My work was using Kronos and just swapped over to this company. I would literally pay money from every single of my pay cheques to have Kronos back. SSC needs to give up and go out of business. Going from Kronos to this is literally like selling your brand new MacBook for the first computer to ever be built. The app is NOT user friendly and it is impossible to switch a shift with a staff member or to see your schedule. When sending switches, they can take HOURS to process. The fact that their website hasn’t figured out how someone can view their full schedule without having to use a horizontal scroll bar to see the full week is BEYOND ME. It is 2023!!!!!! What the f is wrong with this company. Staff members at my job are literally quitting because of this scheduling website. Do us all a favour and give up. This is beyond brutal. ### 1/5 — DO NOT USE !! *2023-11-17, version 1.0.43* Not easy to navigate. Made switching shifts more complicated and when I send off shift change requests I do not get sent receipts among glitching and poor programming. Why can’t the employee be notified via text message or on screen notification of change to their schedule? ### 2/5 — Certain parts don’t function *2026-07-10, version 1.0.43* Very difficult to use. Can not do shift exchanges on iPhone or iPad. Fine for checking schedule but that’s about it.
