Their WhatsApp is just a bot that tells you a human will contact you and no one ever does. Edit: update - I’m an idiot. The app and eSIM work fine. Sorry for the inconvenience. New phone and had to switch the plan to my iPhone 17 and got an error message. I was told the plan doesn’t work on this phone. It’s 2026 and your eSIM won’t work on an iPhone? For example devices that were manufactured in China or locked devices. I’ve used it in a few south destinations and many parts of Europe and the UK without any issues. Easy to check how much data is left and easy to reload. ### 1/5 — Trash - worst customer service, DO NOT USE *2025-05-14, version v2.0.12* Horrible customer service team, the app showed working after installation and all steps followed. Turns out it was not working. Was charged a ton of money through my provider as a result and customer service offered me nothing. They couldn’t even offer me a refund for the purchase.
