I will have 50 requests in a list as I’m trying to get a flight home and when I want to clear the list it’s a slow swipe per each row. It would be nice if you could batch delete flights. Seems like they benefit from everyone else providing loads but they don’t add any value to the staff travel community. ### 1/5 — Lost credits *2026-06-09, version 3.19.2* Looked into flights and noticed my extra credits were gone and I had 5 that were given as a new account even though it showed I joined in 2019. I went back and forth with the help desk and got no resolution. Experience left me likely to not use again. ### 1/5 — Cannot see requested flights *2026-05-10, version 3.15.0* I’ve reviewed flights but my request don’t show up. I don’t even see my credits anymore. ### 1/5 — False loads *2026-02-09, version 3.1.7* Literally received loads for 2 different airlines showing +1 and +7. Less than 10 seconds later new loads were entered showing 0 and -1. The loads are unreliable 90% of the time. No action is ever taken by the app dev to block false load users. Waist of time and money ### 1/5 — Free trial is a Myth *2025-12-19, version 3.1* I cancelled this within the free trial and they charged me anyway! Don’t waste your money. Plus their customer service doesn’t allow you to chat or complete the contact form so there isn’t a way to contact them. ### 1/5 — The update makes this harder to use *2025-08-31, version 3.0.48* I really love using this app- it’s so helpful for OA travel. The recent update though makes it more difficult to update loads. Bugs too where typing doesn’t register the number correctly. Typically requests at EY are never answered, even when I leave a comment, no one helps. EK also don’t respond and now it seems BA and LH also don’t bother. I’ve had requests up for weeks with a departure date in 2 weeks and still nothing. **Developer response:** Hi. Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your requests have not yet been answered. While 97% of the requests on StaffTraveler are answered, your mileage may vary per airline. Please note that the loads often only become available 3 days prior the departure of the flight. Requesting loads much earlier isn’t really helpful anyway as loads tend to change rapidly.
