They deducting my money as usual every month but showing every time error loading cultures 
I am v disappointed and tell me the format how to deactivate when I can’t see anything not even settings

This app is a fraud. They just ask for free trial membership for 10 days,once done the app is showing errors, i'm unable to watch any show. I tried to contact with app through both ways but no reply.
