## What is Staged?

Staged turns two iPhones into a drag-racing start tree.

Pair with a nearby phone over a direct device-to-device link and both screens run the identical light tree, going green at the exact same instant. Launch on green: the fastest clean reaction wins. Jump the light and you red-light. Wait too long and you no-go.

THREE WAYS TO RACE
- Head-to-head: classic standing start, phone-to-phone. Countdown, tree, launch - your light against theirs.
- Roll-on: both passengers hold the target speed; the tree arms only when you're matched. Closed courses only.
- Practice: solo against the tree. Grind your lights and chase your personal best.

A GENUINELY FAIR START
Staged aligns both phones with NTP-style clock sync over a direct connection, then schedules one shared green. No lag tricks, no server round-trips - the tree is simultaneous on both screens.
