The core functionality of the app crashes it, the use of Face ID crashes it, and the app is formatted so poorly I can’t access half the UI because it’s underneath the notch on my iPhone XS Max. Seriously, whoever coded this needs to find a different job because software development isn’t their strong suit. ### 1/5 — Update is horrible *2018-11-01, version 2.10.1* As a previous review stated, the app crashes constantly. I cannot in any way put any of our systems on test they the app. Crashes every time. Will also crash when trying to login using FaceID, which I don’t care much about. Bring back the old app until this one is fixed. To make it worse, it hasn’t received a meaningful update in over 6 years, and it shows. Bugs never get fixed, performance is terrible, and reliability is nonexistent. I cannot directly link phone numbers of subs to dial and complete calls (on dice I could) I literally have to write the phone number down and physically dial them. The app also crashes a lot while I’m using it. Hard to do searches (you must be spot on precise). I like DICE much better. I think and old 70s alarm guy made this app! Terrible!
