Modelul de business ar trebui regandit. ### 1/5 — O idee f buna, implementata prost *2023-07-03, version 1.8.1* Este a doua oara cand ma pun pe drumuri, pt un eveniment important si un serviciu ce nu suporta amanare, pt a afla in fata SALONULUI ca salonul este inchis astazi. Data trecuta, am scris aplicatiei stailer pt suport, ma asteptam sa imi ofera o alternativa, sa gaseasca o solutie pt problema mea, pe cand mesajul a fost tot timpul: noi suntem o platforma de intermediere. Ei bine, intermedierea e f proasta. Even though I have notifications turned off in the app, I still receive marketing notifications from time to time. It's bad enough when I'm forced to turn all notifications off from within the app (potentially missing important ones), now I had to turn them off from the ios settings. Either a bug or a dark pattern. ### 2/5 — Great app but … *2022-05-21, version 1.4.0* This is a nice app with a good user experience. Everything is easy to find and book. Unfortunately, Stailer’s team/integration system doesn’t check the barber shop’s schedule. It simply books some time intervals in the received slots. And you, as a client, will go to the barber shop to simply find out that there’s no one available for you. ### 3/5 — Pretty nice *2024-07-14, version 1.16.0* Good app but why does it require full access to calendar app? It has Add events permissions but they are not enough to add appointment, apparently. I would love for that to change! ### 3/5 — Great idea, needs improvement *2023-06-20, version 1.8.1* I think this app has a lot of potential and it’s easy to book, great options to choose from, I love the feedback system & photos of the services, plus you see the price before and know what to expect. On the other hand… salons are not using the app as it should be used. They are not checking if they have spots available or if they have another thing scheduled at the same time. I would suggest implementing a confirmation from the salon before the end user receives the final confirmation of the appointment. It should be first: user requests to schedule in the free slot -> salon confirms/denies the request (or proposal of another time) -> final confirmation of the appointment. Otherwise, I make plans to get my nails done only to get cancelled 4 h before, because the stylist does not have free spots. I believe implementing such a system will also “force” salons to respond to requests and Stailer team can manage and track how many rejections the salon gives to the users. Hope this feedback will reach the dev team & will get into consideration. :) ### 3/5 — Nice app but bad experience *2023-05-21, version 1.8.1* The app could de a super option to make appointments “last” minute. The app has nice features, good UX. personally I would use every time. Unfortunately there are only few stylists who are using the app, there are not a lot of options, at least in my area. :( i deleted the app because one of these “stylists” just canceled my apointment last minute and now i had to do my hair at home for MY civil wedding. She could have canceled at least a week before, not before 12 hours. Thanks a lot❤️ i bet she didn’t wanted to come in just for me, but then again don't have possible hours from 8o’clock ### 3/5 — Servicii bune, dar taxa in plus *2022-01-13, version 1.0.5* Am facut o programare cu stailer la salonul la care merg si mi-a luat taxa 10 lei in plus, si si salonului i-a luat taxa.
