Apple watch itself is unable to count every flights. I exercise on home stairs by climbing up down up down many times and Apple Watch counts it as one. I was so fed up with AW and already did experiments on 3 watches in this month. All three undercounted stairs. I though this App would count all stairs but all it is doing is reading data from AW and counting it and displaying in pictures with landmarks.

Love this app, but a couple of things would make it better. At each level, tell want total is required to move to the next level. Also, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly graphs would take it ovee the top.

Apparently I climbed the equivalent of the Eiffel Tower last month -- who knew? Nothing to configure or anything. You just install app and it somehow gets the data from your phone and tells you how high you climbed each month.
