The Office of Child Care’s (OCC) 2025 Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) State and Territory Administrators Meeting (STAM 2025) will focus on leading and implementing the CCDF program. The keynote speaker will be Deputy Assistant Secretary for Early Childhood Development, Dr. Laurie Todd-Smith, who will share about the Administration’s vision and priorities.
