Genuinely sad the people who made a tool I enjoyed so much would rather nickel and dime customers than help those who supported them from the beginning. After explaining all the science and stuff and isolating my issue (it wasn’t low T or poor circulation like I thought!!) he pointed me to Stamena. So I gave it shot cuz literally jsut takes 5 mins a day and I can do it while watching tv. He even allowed me talk to a couple of prior patients who had done the program and had great results. I was kinda skeptical but eventually was convinced Anyhow I started noticing new sensations within even the first week, like a subtle feeling of strength and control I hadn’t felt since I was a teenager😂😂 and then only 6 weeks later I could last as long as I wanted and was able to get it up nearly everything time now (still about 10% of the time when tired I still struggle to be honest) Look, it’s not perfect and it does take consistency, but at only 5 minutes a day it’s wellll worth learning the exercises and giving it at least a month. This has been the best investment of the year for me so far and it’s only January, I never wrote reviews but since this app actually helped me sooo much I felt obligated.
