I guess this is what u get for such a cheap price but this still isn’t justifiable ### 1/5 — The worst *2025-03-15* Honestly these people don’t care if your going to work or not and when they come pick you up the leave if they don’t see you they don’t even wait for one minute unbelievable. ### 1/5 — Over an hour wait and no space *2025-02-23* The driver was absolutely rude and purposely picked us up late. I thought that the app was glitching due to the cab showing up all over the map but I came to realize that he purposely didn’t pick us up dissipate the fact of ordering the ride share 1 hour and 30 minutes in advance. Two more rides (pick up spots) appeared during our wait time and he went to them instead. When it finally arrived, to make matters worse the car was filled with only on seat left when I ordered for three seats. When I asked what happened and why isn’t there any room for my kids when I ordered for a three passenger ride he laughed at me and said I don’t know. Absolutely disgusting. I lost all confidence and respect for this app. ### 1/5 — not very good *2024-12-10* i made my first and only ride booking and it told me 20 minutes then all of a sudden the ride was cancelled for no apparent reason after it was confirmed and i couldn’t find another ride afterwards ### 1/5 — not great *2024-12-02* the northern zone (where microtransit is NEEDED!!!) does not work, the southern zone is glitchy,i feel like this is kinda an attempt to steal ned lamont’s microtransit moneh ### 2/5 — 🥀 *2025-06-17* Bro they drop me off far away from my destination it’s so dumb and also with the pick up it dosent pick me up or drop me off at an exact location like uber or Lyft ### 2/5 — Money taken but no ride *2025-01-29* Money was taken out of my apple account for a ride just to have the ride not be able to pick me up because it’s too busy. I wish I caught his name but he drove us to our desired destination with surpur service. He also ended up being our driver back home. My only issue is with the gps map. The map appears to be an old layout of Stamford with out dated landmarks to meet up with the driver. In my experience, the wait time has never been more than 15 minutes, and the rides have always been comfortable.
