Ich nutze die STAmina App nun schon seit längerer Zeit und kann ehrlich sagen: Für mich ist sie die beste App, die es im Bereich Apnoe-Training gibt.

Was sie so besonders macht, ist die Kombination aus durchdachter Funktionalität, Klarheit und echter Praxisnähe. Egal ob CO₂- oder O₂-Tabellen, statisches Training oder einfach nur das strukturierte Arbeiten an der eigenen Atemkontrolle – die App liefert genau das, was man braucht, ohne unnötigen Schnickschnack.

Für mich persönlich hat sie einen noch größeren Stellenwert, weil ich selbst bei der Übersetzung mitwirken durfte. Zu sehen, wie sich die App entwickelt hat und wie vielen Menschen sie inzwischen beim Training hilft, macht mich ehrlich stolz.

Aber unabhängig davon: Die STAmina App ist für mich ein echtes Werkzeug. Sie unterstützt mich zuverlässig in meinem Training, hilft mir dranzubleiben und mich weiterzuentwickeln.

Wer sich ernsthaft mit Apnoe beschäftigt – egal ob Einsteiger oder Fortgeschrittener – kommt an dieser App eigentlich nicht vorbei.

stürzt ständig ab, hängt sich auf, funktioniert nicht richtig mit der Haupt-App auf dem Smartphone.

Been using the iPhone app for some years and it is very clear, customisable and improves one’s practice. I’m not a free diver, I surf occasionally but feel the O2 and CO2 practices are beneficial for overall wellbeing. The addition of this watch app is fantastic. It means one can practice with the standalone app (the history helpfully syncs with phone app though). By using the haptic clues rather than voices prompts one can practice at any time, whilst standing in a queue or work meetings! Without anyone knowing… apart from your blue face 😝. The team are great at communicating and interacting with tweaks to interface or UX. Great work.
