## What is Stamp?

Stamp - Calendar Logger

Your calendar shows every meeting. But where did the rest of your day go?
The hours you spent reading, studying, or at the gym — they just disappear. Stamp logs them as calendar events automatically, so your calendar finally reflects your whole day.

STAMP IS NOT A HABIT TRACKER
No streaks. No check-ins. No badges. Stamp is a calendar tool — specifically the write layer that calendar apps have always been missing. It does one thing and does it well.

HOW IT WORKS
Log anything with a one-tap timer. Tap start when you begin, tap stop when you're done — the session appears in your calendar with the exact start and end time.
Connect Strava and workouts go straight to your calendar the moment you finish a run or ride, no timer needed.
Connect Whoop and your sleep sessions, workouts, and a daily recovery summary with HRV and recovery score appear in your calendar automatically every day.

KEY FEATURES

One-tap start/stop timer per activity
Strava integration — workouts sync to your calendar automatically when you finish
Whoop integration — sleep sessions, workout activities and daily recovery summary with HRV and recovery score sync automatically
Connects to Apple, Google, and Outlook Calendar
Customize activities with names and colors
Adjust session times and add a note before saving
Live Activity on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island while a session is running
Timer keeps running if you leave the app
Session history — last 30 days at a glance, with links back to Strava and Whoop activities
Works offline — sessions sync to your calendar when you reconnect

### 5/5 — Great Niche App

*2026-05-04*

Honestly this app is something I’ve been personally wanting to create, glad to have stumbled upon it on a Reddit post and found out the developer was actually the one who posted. I say it’s niche, because not a lot of people like to track every thing throughout their day, however, I am someone who likes to visually see what I’ve done day in and day out. The best part is I use whoop and it seamlessly syncs with it to update my Google Calendar which is where I post everything on to keep track of what I’ve done. I like to make sure that I’m maximizing my time effectively and knowing where I can remove some fluff/down time and refocus into family, friends, hobbies etc. Honestly if you are someone who likes to also visually keep track of your dad and already have whoop/strava/etc and a calendar and are tired of manually having to log everything in your calendar. Give this app a shot and the best part is it’s free and no ads. The developer is also very very responsive and open to feedback. I had gave some feedback on a feature I thought would be beneficial and within the day he had already implemented it. Great great customer support and excited to see what other unique things come from the app!

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for this. You described exactly the problem I built Stamp to solve, so it means a lot that it's clicking for you.

The Whoop + Google Calendar combo is one of my favourite parts of the app too, and I'm glad it's working seamlessly for you. Feedback like yours is what keeps me motivated to keep building, so thank you for sharing it here. More good stuff coming!
