It identified the first stamp but then wouldn’t capture any others in the standard option. Kept popping up needed to upgrade every few seconds. I might have been doing something wrong. The first stamp worked great, only I would like it reference the Scott Identifying number. But I do not want to purchase the premium version until I can ensure it will work the way I need it to. It was tiring and a pain. I just updated this app and so far I have no complaints. ### 4/5 — Good app *2026-02-13* I’ve started diving into my dad’s collection and needed something to help in looking up stamps quickly. I started using this app and it was good but the ads made it a challenge. I switched to google lens and it was a pain. Came back to this app and tried the one month sub and have found the app much more usable. ### 3/5 — Good but simple *2026-02-01* It is generally pretty good. The identification works really well and the paid version only removes ads and enables you to favourite more stamps. So payment is not required for certain features and the free version does not limit much. Scans quickly, but you still have to select the correct stamp from a lineup of similar stamps. I need a stamp identifier, not a guesser where I still have to guess and hope I have the correct one. Stamps need to be cropped which negates ability to determine perforations. Not one of my 1847 thru 1900 stamps were valued above thirty dollars. Some are worth verified thousands. Ninety percent of stamps came up 1 to 5 dollars. Seems to be generic as if they are afraid of putting a value on the stamps. ### 1/5 — The app it’s self is ok *2025-10-27* I use the app quite often but it is very slow and seem to have its problems I wish is didn’t buy it as since I paid to have the app on subscription I don’t work often get mad at how it can’t find the stamp and often half the time the stamps a simple years to know but yet it Fanny a round, maybe should be done with option to select what country you want as it often shows you other country stamps rather than the stamp you actually want to see! The AI generator helps the app to detect the stamp even if faded or moderately heavily canceled. Provides essential info and identifiers. Does not provide valuations. I find the app to be accurate and reliable without any sensationalism. Easy to use. Can recommend. Five stars. ### 5/5 — Fast perfekt *2026-03-30* Ich nutze die App inzwischen sehr regelmäßig und bin insgesamt wirklich beeindruckt. Die Erkennung der Briefmarken funktioniert in den meisten Fällen nahezu fehlerfrei. Besonders bei älteren Marken mit kräftigen, großflächigen Stempelabschlägen stößt die automatische Erkennung zwar gelegentlich an ihre Grenzen, aber selbst dann werden hilfreiche Alternativvorschläge angezeigt, die meist schnell zum Ziel führen. Wünschenswert fände ich eine Funktion, mit der man die App künftig auch als persönliche, individuell sortierbare Datenbank nutzen kann – etwa um eigene Sammlungen systematisch zu erfassen, zu katalogisieren und zu verwalten. Das wäre ein großartiges zusätzliches Feature, das den praktischen Nutzen noch einmal deutlich steigern würde. No more focussing difficulties. No more cropping each image. Several stamps at once - I haven’t yet reached a limit. Seems to be more tolerant of slightly off-square stamps. And still the excellent almost 100% rate of identifying the stamps and providing catalogue numbers and other details.
