I opened the app and saw the reward but when in went to redeem it at the store it was gone. I should have known not to look at the reward because the store let me know not to tap my previous reward until I was actually in front of the register or else it would disappear. I try to scan the app but it mostly stays on the Red page and will not transfer to the actual scan page. I have to delete it repeatedly and re download it to try and get it to work. Today I’ve tried yet again but it still won’t work.
