I had to go back into the website in Safari to do anything. Once I was able to enter the six digit code for verification of my account it would not let me scroll to select submit. ### 1/5 — Worthless *2026-03-22, version 2.9.1* Signed up, went to create a stamp and kept getting an error code. Doesn’t work and they make cancelling your trial super difficult. They appear to have been acquired by another company, their logo has changed, and this all seems to be a scam now. About 6 weeks ago I couldn’t get it to print a $135 label For a package to Australia. I closed my account and asked for a full refund of postage paid. I was told it would take 4 - 6 weeks. I said that was ridiculous but they gave me a story about audits (pure BS). The 6 weeks have passed, now they want to send me a check - another 6 - 8 weeks. Totally unacceptable. I recommend avoiding this company completely. ### 1/5 — Not trustworthy *2026-03-03* I signed up for a free trial and canceled not long Into the free trial because they don’t have what I was looking for. I was wasting more time on the app than I would just going to the store to buy stamps. I could go to a store 50 miles away and get stamps. No I did not approve your charge and now I can’t even log into my account and they don’t have a support email on the app or website. They hit my bank account after hours yet they can only be reached during “business hours” ? No I want my money back I CANCELED THE MEMBERSHIP. ### 1/5 — Don’t use this scam *2026-02-23, version 2.9.0* They’ll charge you even if you’ll choose free plan, and there is no way to cancel subscription! There are zero options to select a way to print postage, despite selecting the 4x6 option, I got a full page 8.5x11 print out covering my two 4x6 labels, a complete waste of time and product. Even entering an address is a hassle. Then they take your money and refuse to print the label OR refund you. Still waiting to hear from “support”. lol. ### 1/5 — Cash Grab *2025-12-29, version 2.7.0* I signed up for the free trial hoping to save money over buying Forever stamps. I’ll get straight to the point: even with the free trial, the Netstamps process is close to quadruple the price of Forever stamps. Do NOT fall prey to them! I did. ### 1/5 — Charges more van stores *2025-12-28* Downloaded it to see if I can get some cheaper quotes on a package. The store cost $30 and they were quoting me almost 50. And also charged me when it said it was a free subscription charged my card and then wouldn’t put it back on. And told me I had to use it in the app which I’m not gonna ever use so that money is just gone. ### 1/5 — Not Trustworthy at all *2025-11-20* I signed up for a free trial, tried out the app. It didn’t offer what I was looking for, it was a cumbersome app to begin with. I went to cancel the free trial. I kept going in circles to cancel “close my account”, select reason. Then right back to the beginning. After a few attempts, I tried simply switching to free account. You can only do that AFTER you pay a $20 fee. I tried contacting support chat to get my money back and the account closed, got an automated message “someone will get back to when they’re available”. Avoid this scam. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Take a screenshot!! *2026-08-24* You have one chance to print the label. If something goes wrong, (power outage as you’re trying to print) you have to REPURCHASE the whole label! AND, you have to put a minimum of $10 on your account to purchase. $5.97 label cost me $20 because I had to reprint it and put another $10 on my account. So frustrated!!! I took 3 screenshots the second time just to make sure I had a backup if something went wrong again during the printing process. ### 1/5 — Horrible support *2026-08-04* Horrible mistake signing up for this. My account was shut down day one and took a hour to get them to reopen it. I purchased a label but could not print and the foreign lady in support could not communicate. After 30 minutes I asked for a supervisor and she came back on after waiting 5 minutes trying to help again. I finally got my account closed but have to wait 4-6 weeks for my refund ### 1/5 — Please take the time to read *2026-06-30* If you are an individual that is considering using this service I strongly recommend against it. The customer service is undeniably terrible. Don’t expect a team member to reach out to you if you have a concern expect an automated AI response by email. If you do get on the line with customer service don’t expect anyone to have their primary language being English. Coming from a fluent foreign language speaker the accents are terribly difficult to understand. constant confusion to questions and statements. This service goes on the advertisement of being convenient but it’s the complete opposite. From the moment I’ve initiated my subscription there has been nothing but obstacles without fail. Please take this advice and steer clear. Pick any alternative. carrier pigeon if necessary. ### 1/5 — Stamps.com App *2026-06-18, version 2.11.0* This app won’t let you create an account using this app. You can only create a new account using a PC Computer and Google Browser. Called Stamps.com and they confirmed that you can only use a PC Computer to create an account. This app should be removed from the Apple App Store. ### 1/5 — Scammers *2026-06-06* I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I was previously advised that my account would no longer be charged, and there was even a period of several weeks where no charges were processed, reinforcing that understanding. However, charges continued despite this communication. I requested that my payment information be removed and my account closed, but customer service never responded to my follow-up emails. The lack of communication and failure to address my concerns has been very frustrating. I expect companies to provide clear communication and timely support, especially when customers are requesting account closure and removal of payment information. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with little confidence in this company’s customer service practices. ### 1/5 — BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS *2026-06-06, version 2.11.0* I found the stamps.com app to be very deceiving. During the sign-up process it was not made clear that I was enrolling in a reoccurring monthly subscription. The service appears to get users signed up quickly, while the ongoing charges are not presented prominently enough for the average customer to notice. If you’re considering using Stamps.com, be sure to read all the fine print carefully. I was surprised to discover a monthly subscription fee after signing up and felt the enrollment process was misleading. Transparency about recurring charges should be much better. ### 1/5 — Scammy *2026-05-17, version 2.10.0* I’ve been trying to cancel for months now. it’s entirely confusing and it has to be on purpose to scam people like me out of my money. I even changed my card information and they still got a hold of my money somehow! The amount of time a waste trying to download a legal is absurd.
