Been using this app a long time, since all the updates and changes, it’s been nothing but trouble. Recently bought a new phone, downloaded the app, and all I get is “this app is connected to another phone” even though I deleted the app from the old phone. 
Please can someone get the issues sorted

As part of the team that worked on this solution am totally disappointed at the whole customer experience. You woke up one day and decided to migrate everyone without even any comms to customers. We built such an awesome platform only for the current team there to mess up the customer experience and onboarding.
Fix this and communicate. 
So I don’t know what to do… do I register , login , am I new customer. 
I woke up and I couldn’t access my account.
