Please hire an engineering team that understands WCAG I will be escalate this to CBN & your developer should please not come to me with that standard response asking me to contact the same Customer service team keeps giving me the same response of their looking into it ### 1/5 — Reputable bank, horrible app *2026-08-01, version 3.1.6* It takes forever to load and the language choices are not accessible. Overall, if i could give no stars, I would. Good bank though. ### 1/5 — Disappointing Mobile Experience *2026-07-22, version 3.1.6* Stanbic IBTC is a reputable bank with excellent financial products, but unfortunately, its mobile app feels years behind its competitors. The user experience is outdated, unintuitive, and unnecessarily frustrating. Simple tasks often require multiple OTPs and too many steps, making the app feel cumbersome rather than secure. As someone who would happily recommend Stanbic’s investment products to friends, including people outside Nigeria, the app makes that difficult. First impressions matter, and the mobile experience doesn’t reflect the quality or credibility of the bank. Instead of inspiring confidence, the design and navigation feel dated and can make new users question whether they’re using a modern financial platform. For a bank of Stanbic IBTC’s size and reputation, investing in a stronger product design and engineering team should be a priority. The banking industry has evolved significantly, and customers now expect a seamless, intuitive, and polished digital experience. I genuinely hope the bank prioritizes a complete redesign of the app because the financial products deserve a platform that matches their quality. ### 1/5 — Zero rating, worst user experience I have had with a bank *2026-07-10, version 3.1.6* Worst bank app ever. If there was a zero rating I’ll give this app. Too slow and you cannot do anything without reaching out to customer service.
