The tech support and customer service are so poor, to the extent that when you sent an email pertaining to an issue, no response will be gotten forever.

The app is very epileptic. It always gives error messages and rarely allows you do anything. I have been trying to see my transactions over the past week and it says I have none which is untrue and every attempt to request a bank statement has been unfruitful. Sometimes, signing into the app alone is met with great difficulty. Great bank, very poor app. I hope it is improved.

I’m not sure what or why but for several months now the app has not been working optimally. Every transaction has an error message and I can add new beneficiaries. I tried to see if there was a bug fix but it doesn’t offer one. It took me far too long to realise I could still transact even with the error messages. I am not enjoying my app as much anymore.

First I was using Face ID and everything seems fine then I had to change my password and no way on the app to reactivate Face ID. Please fix it, it’s tiring having to sign in each time with my password when my phone has biometric capabilities

Randomly won’t work for days and will start working again. Very unreliable. Don’t put your money in if you need it urgently. Emailed support 2 weeks ago, only an automated reply. Highly disappointed. All the customer service telephone numbers never work. Very shocking service. Was never like this before, in fact I’ve always said this is the best bank in Nigeria, I’m obviously wrong. So sorry to all friends I’ve introduced to this bank. 

Withdrawing all my money and closing my account the moment I land in Nigeria.
