Every transaction has an error message and I can add new beneficiaries. I tried to see if there was a bug fix but it doesn’t offer one. It took me far too long to realise I could still transact even with the error messages. I am not enjoying my app as much anymore. ### 3/5 — Biometric *2025-06-10, version 2.87* First I was using Face ID and everything seems fine then I had to change my password and no way on the app to reactivate Face ID. Can’t send transfers, can’t edit beneficiaries, can’t check recent balances. It occasionally works, but often not when you need it. I made a transfer from this bank to my OPay, it says service temporarily unavailable after I put in my pin, and then the next thing was debit alert. You debited me for money that didn’t go through? And I checked my OPay it says FAILED. I write to you on twitter I was being told there is nothing they can do . Can you imagine that??
