wifi 流量 所有网络都加载不出来你的内容。还不能用加速器 到底想咋

I’m delighted to receive your message. I couldn’t find customer service entrance at your network so I will update some details here.
My device model:iPhone 11
Network type:Wi-Fi 
I can’t upload screenshots here so I only can describe that there’s a line of text“An error occurred while loading the list”and the retry button doesn’t work.
