This app needs to have a function of just turning on and off. Every time I start working I just turn it on, when I finish I turn it off. Having to set exact time points for the duration of the reminders is not convenient

I only really sit at a desk on workdays, so it would be great if I could set a reminder every 15 mins Monday through Friday. 

Otherwise, the app is pretty nice and simple to use.
