I set the prep time to zero. I set the work time to 20 minutes. I can change the break times to my preference. The standard is the 20-20-20 rule. I like the 20-20-30 rule better. I also like the Rounds option. It allows me to set time limits spent on my iPhone or iPad. When I want to browse the internet for over an hour using my iPad, I’ll set the app timer at four 20 minutes of screen time with four 30 second eye breaks, and set the Rounds to 4. The 80 minutes is my quit time so I don’t end up glued to the iPad screen for hours. ## Most praised reviews (9 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Everything I needed ! *2022-07-07* This app has everything I need in a simple interval timer and nothing I don’t, and no other costs. Took me 30 seconds to learn how it works. It has made my PT simpler in that no more fumbling with a watch to time tasks. The audible beeps mean I don’t even need to see my device during exercises.
