Face login is slow. I can then view details of the first plan, but the second one always says”We haven’t been able to make a connection. This may have been caused by a temporary problem with our server”. I did get a reply but following this the team appeared to lose interest without finding a solution. Update 01/12/2024 Some months ago I asked you not to change this app. But you couldn’t resist it. After your day of maintenance today I can no longer use the app. What is the matter with you🤬🤬🤬 Update 01/01/2025 it’s now working again as it should 👏 UPDATE 02/02/2026. I just seen it just over a year since you fixed your app after you cocked it up last time and now you have done it again. Why for god’s sake have you done this again. Not only is it only working in portrait mode but Touch ID doesn’t work now. I’ll tell why this has happened it’s because YOU DO NOT TEST TEST TEST. Somebody needs to get a grip😡😡 UPDATE 27/05/2026. Yes I’m back again and this time I’m going to say I’m happy to see you have reverted the look of the app back the way it used to be😃 How long this will last is anyone’s guess. But it’s lovely to go retro for a while. It’s so much easier to see my pension fund and how much it has increased. App just hangs on the log in page and doesn't move forward. ### 1/5 — Can’t send attachments *2026-05-16, version 4.1.8* I have tried multiple times to send attachments via the app. Each time the app sends the msg without the attachments (why send a msg without its attachments - why suggest retrying?!). I then get a pop up suggesting I have inadequate mobile signal (I’m on WiFi). Is the attachment too large? Is there a system problem at the other end? Upon launch it asks if I accept cookies, which I do not. So I click disagree, and the app just goes back to the login view! As an app developer, this truly sucks!
