### 1/5 — Pure Garbage - not worthy of a star

*2023-11-28, version 1.1.2*

The tool is not user-friendly. The company provides very expensive standby generators, but they put zero percent thoughts about the app - which is the connection between the product and the customer.
I tried to modify my WiFi setup, but the module has issues connecting to it no matter the frequency (2.4 GHz, 5.0 GHz and 6E). It does not search for networks available and every time it fails to connect, you have to start from the beginning. It also does not allow you to control it remotely; you have to be in the same network.
For my next generator, I will buy something else that you can control from afar as well as within your WiFi network that provides a better user-friendly experience when controlling your generator.
I gave them a star because zero Wes not available.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2022-06-26, version 1.1.2*

It doesn’t stay connected to Wi-Fi, when it does connect it only works if you are home and on the same Wi-Fi. So much for monitoring if the unit works while you are away from home 🙄. What is the point??

Before B&S try to say that’s a failure of my Wi-Fi, it’s not since I can connect other items when standing beside it with no issue. Also, I’d suggest that there should be an expectation of weaker internet signal when your product must be on the outside wall with many other utilities and interferences nearby.

Altogether it makes me question the entire purchase given the lack of thought.

### 1/5 — Please bring back the old app.

*2021-09-25, version 1.1.2*

This app is of absolutely no use. The old app makes this app look like the garbage it is. This is a $500.00 waste of time.

### 1/5 — Cannot recommend

*2021-07-01, version 1.1.2*

I downloaded this app to communicate with the “InfoHub” communication device on my B&S generator. This is the ***THIRD*** InfoHub I have had to purchase; the first two obsolesced.

With the other 2 purchases, the InfoHub properly communicated with my app and transmitted alerts as soon as they were installed by my then dealers.

This InfoHub/app combination does NOT do that, requiring lengthy manual actions on the part of person(s) on B&S’s end.

Further, the app does not save my username and password requiring re-entry every time app is opened.

### 1/5 — Not for Consumers

*2020-12-04, version 1.1.2*

This app, and it’s features, are not for the consumer. While Briggs & Stratton markets this to a consumer, it provides little if no value for the cost of the Wireless Access Gateway.

It is also an inefficient app whereas you are unable to get data from the generator—although you can access the management (web) management features.

Furthermore, there is no support from vendor on the app or the gateway at this time.

### 2/5 — Limited Functionality

*2024-04-10, version 1.1.2*

At a previous home I had a Generac. Their app was feature rich providing information on hours, runtime, status, health, etc. This app does allow you to configure alerts, but provides no realtime monitoring or information.

### 5/5 — Great app for suncoast electric and air

*2020-06-03, version 1.0*

This app allows us to increase sales with an hands on experience and get monitoring money!
