## What is StandCue?

Most stand reminders are dumb timers. They buzz every 30 minutes whether you are mid-meeting, deep in focus, or already on your feet. So you mute them, then delete them.

StandCue is different. It reads your calendar and plans your movement around the day ahead, so every nudge lands at the right moment.

PREDICTIVE, NOT REACTIVE
- In a gap between meetings? StandCue nudges you to stand up and move.
- On a video call where standing is free? It suggests taking that one on your feet.
- Head-down in a focus block? It stays completely silent. You earn the right to be interrupted.
- Lunch coming up? A gentle "step outside for some air."

A LIGHT GAME, NOT A FITNESS TRACKER
Every move you make earns momentum and builds your streak. No step charts, no calorie goals, no guilt. Just a satisfying loop that makes moving feel like a win.

SILENT VERIFICATION
With an Apple Watch or iPhone motion, StandCue quietly confirms you actually moved and scores it for you. No extra taps, no "did you do it?" pop-ups.

RELIABLE NUDGES
Time-sensitive notifications break through Focus and the notification summary, mirrored to your wrist with a gentle haptic. A reminder that does not fire is a deleted app, so reliability comes first.

BUILT-IN FOCUS TIMER
Work in focused blocks. StandCue stays quiet while you focus, then nudges you to move on the break, not mid-flow.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
No account. No cloud. No tracking. Your calendar and health data never leave your iPhone. Everything runs on-device.

APPLE WATCH
A glanceable companion on your wrist: see the next cue, feel the haptic, and score a move without reaching for your phone.

TRY IT FREE
Start with a 14-day free trial with every feature unlocked. After that, a single one-time purchase keeps StandCue yours forever. No subscription, ever.

Move on time.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.4 — 2026-08-22

Reliable meeting cues. "Take it standing" and "take this one walking" now fire on time on the lock screen and your watch, not just at your desk.
A more logical day. Your calls read as a real sit/stand mix: standups always stand, the session right after lunch leans to sitting, and travel time or Free / Out-of-Office blocks are left alone.
Plus a notification check in Settings so you can confirm everything is switched on.

### 1.3 — 2026-07-22

Improved day programm planning

### 1.1 — 2026-07-21

Your day, paced better.

A RHYTHM FOR LONG STRETCHES
A wide-open afternoon used to get one suggestion. Now it gets a rhythm: work a block standing, sit again and move, then stand again. StandCue fits it around the meetings on either side, so it never asks you to stand right after a call you already took on your feet. (Sit/stand desk only.)

SEE WHAT'S COMING
Your Smart Day now lists the moves actually planned inside an open stretch, instead of hiding them behind a single "free gap" line.

NOT WHILE YOU'RE COMMUTING
StandCue now notices when you're driving or walking and holds the nudge. A stand reminder in the car is the wrong moment, and the wrong moment is how reminders end up muted. It reads the motion sensor only, never your location.

FIXES
- A recurring lunch (or any repeating event) can be checked off again. It counted your points but never ticked the row.
- On the watch, Start now runs the move the cue asked for: "rest your eyes" rests your eyes instead of running the whole routine.
- Turning a weekend day on as a working day re-syncs your day right away.
- Progress counts every move you earn. Walks, lunch breaks and step-aways were scoring points but never reaching the chart.
- Your best streak is now really your best, not just your current one.
- Removed a "leading calendar" setting that did nothing.

Move on time.
