## What is Standing Desk by StandProof?

Every other stand up reminder takes your word for it. StandProof does not.

Lay your phone flat on the desk, start a work session, and raise your standing desk when the timer fires. The barometer picks up the altitude change of roughly 50 cm, and the motion sensors confirm the phone was resting rather than in your hand. Only then does the stand count as verified.
