### 5/5 — Great program to use at home

*2025-07-10, version 3.0.1*

My favourite part of using the StandingTall app is that I can do everything from home. It’s easy to follow and offers a good variety of activities that have really helped me build strength and keep my balance steady. A great way to stay active safely.

### 5/5 — A great program for strength and balance

*2025-06-26, version 3.0.0*

If you were considering an exercise program or something to help with balance and strength, I would really recommend this program because it is practical, it is easy to fit into my routine at home and I can really feel the benefits on so many levels. Not only the balance but the fact that I'm exercising and I can feel good about what I'm doing, and that it is improving my mobility and my independence. It has a lot of benefits.

### 5/5 — Helped my confidence

*2025-06-26, version 3.0.0*

I heard about Standing Tall from a friend and I’m glad I gave it a go. The exercises are easy to follow and the program tells me everything I need to do. Since starting, I feel steadier and more sure of myself when I walk.

### 1/5 — Too expensive

*2025-06-23, version 3.0.0*

Another example of the elderly and disabled being taken advantage of!! Seriously…$29.99 a month to access exercises in an app! Most of us struggle to get by on our pensions as it is! This is actually an important issue for seniors and the disabled, and as such the info should either be free, or reasonably cheap. I was going to promote it…after seeing it in tv…at my exercise physiology gym, but at $30 a month I won’t be!

### 1/5 — Can’t use it or get support. What a shame.

*2024-12-02*

I was excited to try StandingTall when I read about it recently, as it seemed the app could help prevent falls—an important and worthwhile goal. However, I was unable to even get started. The app requires a trial code, but there’s no mention of this requirement before downloading, nor any clear guidance on where to obtain one. When I tried to reach out for help through the App Support link, it directed me to an online form that I couldn’t submit. The form kept showing the error message: "Couldn’t save submission due to errors," but it didn’t specify what the issue was, leaving me stuck and unable to proceed.

It’s disappointing to encounter these barriers to using an app with such a promising purpose. I hope the developers address these issues to make it more accessible.

### 1/5 — New User Registration

*2021-04-21, version 3.0*

Can’t be used without registering. Can’t register without receiving a code. Nowhere to indicate where/how to receive code.
