This app will no longer load.

I cannot log in and I’ve updated, closed, and reopened the app several times. I keep getting “ Error signing in.
We ran into an unknown error trying to sign in. Try again.” Please fix this.

I can login online but no matter how many times I bounce the app, it won’t log me in on the app. Disappointing as I used this to book all of my appointments.

Current 2.13 version crashes every time. I enter the 2FA code and the it shows the main screen momentarily before terminating

So dumb that the web portal would show the blood donation history but app doesn’t. 

Seems convenient for scheduling etc but isn’t without its issues and bugs. For what it’s worth, the login screen shows password in clear text. 😏

Often app just show the spinning wheel and nothing loading. Also integration with Apple Health (to track test results) would be nice

I think I prefer the app to the website for making appointments. The option to add to
My calendar is more direct. The address doesn’t work though, I have to manually update it to get an address the calendar will recognize for “time to leave” alerts. There are deeper calendar integrations to update calendar events if I were to cancel my appointment.

I also ran into a problem using the store. The keyboard covers the email field, so I couldn’t paste my email address. I might have to use the hide my email feature just because it’s so inconvenient to enter any other address.

Very precise and to the point app. No unnecessary description or loops. I like this type of straightforward system not to confuse unnecessarily.

Navigating the site is easy as it’s laid out in a common sense way. And to be able to complete pre-check before arriving for my appointment is so nice.

Way easier to use than the website.  Looks beautiful. Only thing I would do differently is let me search and book mobile blood drives in the app.
