At least on iPhone 13 doesn’t show it. So I had to close and open app to view multiple test view. Forget about opening old test results to compare old values. ### 3/5 — I have a problem *2020-10-24* I have contacted support and looked up online and have yet to find out how to connect my Apple health app to my account. ### 2/5 — Keeps crashing whilst writing a message to Dr *2020-06-10, version 2.4.9* The MyHealth Stanford App is wayyy better than this Stanford Children’s App for sure. Every time I try to respond or reply or even write a new message to my provider or doctor, the Children’s App crashes midway which is super frustrating. I have written the same message multiple times until I stopped trusting the App and copied my message before I send it so it doesn’t get erased when it inevitably crashes each time I’ve finished writing my message! I have had to rely on pasting in my message and speeding to send it before it crashes again!! Is there some kind of hidden timer I don’t know about??? Please sort this out!! It’s so stressful. Besides finding your way around and learning more about the artwork you can also access your child’s health information through my chart. Love the link to learn more about the art in the hospital; navigating the hospital; and fast access to MyChart. ### 5/5 — Really Useful App *2018-11-17* I found this app is quite useful and informational. The “find A Doctor “ feature helps me find doctors and then call for an appointment quickly and easily from my phone. The ‘Navigate the hospital “ feature shows maps of the hospital and provides directions from one location to another. My kids like ‘the hospital art’ and ‘SpellBound’. It has quite a lot of other information as well. ### 3/5 — When it works, it works *2018-10-24* I’ve been getting an error message saying that there’s an updated version of the app. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it and it keeps giving me the same message. **Developer response:** Dear User, We are sorry for the inconvenience. Every time I log on their connections to the portal is missing. Extremely frustrating ### 1/5 — Poor user interface *2025-05-10* Very poorly designed app with almost no help on scheduling and planning appointments ahead of time. Patients always need to call the office during working hours for scheduling. The purpose of app to make it easy for scheduling but this app is of such a failure whenever i try to use it. ### 1/5 — Latest version is buggy *2024-11-17, version 5.8.2* Crashes every time you try to open a Visit summary or notes. Makes it very hard to send in important documents and get in contact with anyone on here! ### 1/5 — I absolutely hate the update *2021-01-03* I don’t know why they changed something that was working marvelous... when they updated the “my chart” the only thing they did was to crash this app into failure... it takes forever to charge anything, and when something appears on the screen is a note saying they were unable to charge the data into system. Can’t login to see mychart record. ### 1/5 — No FaceID support *2018-10-07* What's up with that? FaceID has been out for over a year and no support for it? You support TouchID. Even if I wanted to use TouchID, I couldn't because my phone no longer has a fingerprint sensor. The entire staff was exceptional-professional, compassionate and highly skilled. They made sure we were informed and supported every step of the way. We are truly grateful for the excellent care and kindness we received. Highly recommended. We would like to extend our gratitude to Dr. Ceresnak, Genevieve NP, Jonathan RN, Roanne RN, the anesthesiologist and to the rest of the staff that I need not remember the names. You are all amazing. We are forever grateful. ### 5/5 — Used Navigate The Hospital *2025-02-17* My daughter’s first hematology appointment was at the Bass Center, and our experience navigating the hospital was made much easier thanks to the Stanford Children’s app. While the front desk did a good job explaining the directions, there were multiple turns to remember. Instead of worrying about getting lost, I opened the app, clicked on the Navigate the Hospital tile, and easily found the Bass Center in the directory. The navigation worked just like a GPS for walking, guiding me right to the door with precise directions.
