## What is Stanford Executive Education?

Enhance your Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Education program experience by using the official app. It gives you access to program content and the program schedule. It offers innovative ways for interaction and networking. Some of the features include:
• Content and logistics: personalized agenda with breakout sessions and logistics, notes, questionnaires, group messaging, time-activated content and live updates of the program activities
• Networking: List of participants, instant messaging
• Interactivity: Voting

### 3.1.1 — 2026-08-03

- We're excited to announce that the app now supports Apple's new Liquid Glass design system. 
- Adjustments made to support the new workspace dashboard report called “Time spent in the app”, giving workspace managers clear visibility into how long each attendee actively used the app.
- When scheduling a meeting via the app, meeting organizers are no longer able to create new external participants that use the same email address as an existing participant. This is to prevent the accidental creation of duplicate participants.

- We have made various design adjustments to the mobile app user interface, with a focus on accessibility and improved support for screen readers.
- With the Universal lead capture module, for leads captured via OCR lead scanning, app users can no longer see the show image button in the lead profile.

Please note that support for iOS version 16 has been discontinued since February 3, 2026. The latest supported versions for iOS are versions 17 and onwards.

- To facilitate document reviews, all new comments that were added to a document by other users, since the user's last visit, are now easily identifiable in the app when returning to the document. This is only applicable to documents with public annotations enabled.
- Improved stability for refreshing agenda session and feed targeting changes in real-time.

### 2.45.4 — 2025-11-19

- Updates made to support the “Prevent double bookings” functionality for sessions and meetings, when enabled.
- Changes made so the User “Representation” metadata values are now shown when selecting users for meetings in the Appointments module, and so that fields set to “Read-only” in the Appointments module cannot be edited via the app,
- Updates made to support AI-powered automatic field mapping for optical scanning (OCR) lead capture, when enabled using the Universal lead capture module.
- Adjustments made to ensure that, when the “Custom icons color (header / menu)” option is enabled in the theme editor in Backstage, the colors selected there are applied to the “Header” and “Menu” icons in the app.
- Changes made to ensure that the correct background color is fully applied to the profile header background in the app.
