I don’t have physical Visa cards any more so I can’t pay my copay in advance as neither the mobile app or web site supports Apple Pay. I always have to pay in person tapping my iPhone to the terminal at the doctor’s office. To streamline the physical check in process, you should bring Apple Pay to both the mobile app and web site. This would be amazing. Your acquiring bank should have info to help get you started with supporting  Pay on both your mobile app and web site. ### 3/5 — Login UI issue *2026-05-05, version 11.7* From time to time, when it’s required to type username and password again, the login screen could only show useid portion, the password part is blocked by the keyboard, and there is no way to move the contents up a bit so I can type the password or use iPhone autofill feature. Form choices did not all fit on the screen in horizontal or vertical and could not be resized. Had to go to my desktop - where I had to go into full screen mode to see all the answers. Sutter’s my health online is SO much better. Reading appointment notes has become a horrendous pain now that the text is wider than the screen and can't be sized to the screen. I totally dislike the fact that for all virtual appointments you have to pay to check in, even when you already have met your total out of pocket maximum, and you know if you pay you will not have any single communication about the extra credit you will have there. And the medical billing is already confusing enough. For procedures at first hour of the day, the telephone provided is the general line so if you have problems to arrive, you just can’t do anything, there is no message, no good way to communicate to the hospital and they threaten you if you get just little late that they will cancel (I normally have to drive two hours to be there and I plan and leave early but accidents can happen) ### 3/5 — Better in some ways, but not others *2025-06-21, version 10.4.1* It is always a challenge to relearn a new or updated app, especially for seniors. First off, my 6S phone is too old to run the updated app. I get it on my iPad, which is newer. I liked the way the last version would let us know which section had something new for us to look at. There are a lot more categories and subcategories in the updated version. I was able to locate a letter that the old app didn’t show me. The MyHealth app worked fine, until the latest update came out. This update requires 16.0 IOS, which my iPhone doesn’t use (it’s up to date at 15.8.4). Can’t use the prior version of the app anymore; it’s stuck in a continuous update loop.
