## What is Stanford Map +?

Stanford Map gives you easy access to places and events information in the town of Palo Alto, CA and the campus of Stanford. Use the legend on the left to browse or search for locations and plot them on the map. Tap on the marker's callout to take you to the detail screen from which you can get directions to the plotted point, or view the POI's website (only available for some locations).

Use the tab bar at the bottom of the legend view to view information for local events around the Stanford campus. Dragging down/up on the calendar view will expand/shrink it to show more/less days in the calendar.

### 1.17 — 2020-01-14

- Map marker callout window contains image (if available) of point of interest instead of just title.
- Performance and stability improvements.

### 1.16 — 2019-08-27

- Addresses buggy and inconsistent behavior in the layout and animation of legend side view.
- Fetching events info is now more robust.
- Various stability improvements and bug fixes.

### 1.15 — 2018-11-20

- Adds support for iOS 12.
- Adds support for iPhone Xr and Xs Max.
- Emails, telephone numbers, and web links within events detail view are now clickable. 
- May partially select an event description rather than being forced to copy the whole thing.
- Added colored strands (lines along the left edge of the table view) to help denote which locations belong to its subcategory.
- Addresses events calendar layout issues.
- Major improvements to stability: addresses random crashing while searching in the places table view.

### 1.14 — 2018-08-21

- Legend location cells no longer arbitrarily overlap their tag views.
- Improved layouts of detail location/event views to better hug cell's text.
- Resolved crash that would occur on iPhone X when tapping the "?" in the bottom right corner.
- Other minor bug fixes/stability improvements.

### 1.13 — 2018-08-20

- Introduced searchable "has:" meta tag which prepends "photo" or "layouts" denoting whether layouts or photo of the location can be viewed from its detail view.
- Support for iOS 11.
- Support for iPhone X.
- Addresses some critical bugs that were encountered by devices running iOS 11: 
   + Most notably the crash that occurred when attempting to view the detail view of a location containing layout images
