I wish there was a shortcut to my reservation QR code so I didn’t have to go through multiple nested screens for my entry code while I’m at the gate with people waiting behind me. Unfortunately the app is updated pretty regularly and the update can be relied upon to break the app. And since this app is the only way to get a parking permit, it’s pretty awful when the app is broken. And you can’t buy the permit until after 4:00, by which time the parking department is closing and has limited ability to assist. This is horrible, since the alternative for a day pass is to park somewhere else and buy another permit through a different system via a kludgy website with no app. We’re in Palo Alto for goodness sake, do better. ### 1/5 — Working fine until big update *2024-12-13* The app is slow but it is working fine.
