It’s understandable if it’s a large order or catering but please don’t force it on everyone. ### 2/5 — “Order Ahead” vs “Same Day” *2025-05-26, version 25.5.2025042103* I never end up using this app, because nobody is making it clear whether I should use “order ahead” or “same day“ if I am ordering ahead on the same day. ### 3/5 — Inconsistent features *2025-04-09, version 24.12.2024090203* You can only use Apple Pay on the "Order Ahead" option, and you can't use "Order Ahead" if it's the same day. When using "Order Ahead," you have to manually enter your address, and then LATER it makes you log in -- for some reason your login does not persist in "Order Ahead" but it does in the "Same-Day Order" feature. But what’s not great though is this app. Constantly glitching, inaccurate inventory, error messages that make mobile ordering extremely frustrating, location services are cronad at best. Not user friendly at all. Tipping is just out of control and this app is a great example of this. They honestly think it’s OK to throw in a tip, on our behalf, for services we haven’t even received yet? Each time you try, it errors and defaults to placing an order for the next day. Absolutely terrible.
