Downloaded the app thinking it was like Amazon or Walmart but couldn’t get past the first screen as I’m not a contractor and don’t previously have a login.

The developers of this version of the app should be fired. You can’t even browse products without creating another new account.You would think your online account credentials at work but they don’t. I wasted time thinking I was doing something wrong but fortunately read the other reviews to realize it’s the developer not me.

As all the other reviews say, even though you have a staples.ca account, you can’t use this to log into the app. But at the same time, you can’t create an account on the app and there’s no link to say you forgot your password. So essentially this “app" is nothing more than a landing page with a login that will never work. What’s the point?

Excellent customer service! I went in to print off some Amazon return labels today! What a complex procedure. But Caroline & Trevor were very patient and spent a lot of time with me until the task was accomplished without making me feel like an imbecile (which i am when it comes to computers). Great job guys!
