They always fix every problem that I have and have crazy good security and take care of issues if someone gets the credentials to take your money. And customer service is top notch.

Star Bank has all the technology and services expected. However, as a company, Star Bank has something more important. A core business model of the best people to bridge the gap between the company and its customers.  Deb Durnell is such a brilliant example. She is a highly knowledgeable personal banker who has always been available to me. She is the reason most of my banking decisions are with Star Bank. Investing in their people, Star invests in their customers providing the best possible services and the people to provide those services.

I have reported that I am not receiving login access to my account Via text messages to the bank and have not seen any changes for a few days now. Very concerning how slow this is getting addressed. Settings on app are not matching when customer solutions department are telling me that are set at times. Very concerning as well. Be aware!
