The puzzles are fun and make you think without being too stressful. I especially like the daily puzzle and the different difficulty levels. I would HAPPILY pay to remove ads for hints. I don’t even really mind the ads, but I need to be able to “x” out of it and back to the game. **Developer response:** We’re very sorry about this. It’s well designed with plenty of levels and the hints are insightful sometimes. It’s the amount of ads that’s incredibly annoying. On my computer all the hints are free so I can hint my way through a hard puzzle to learn how to solve them better. For this app it’s a 30 second ad with four different buttons to close to get only one hint, which is fine if it’s a complex row deduction but for only one square elimination or to be told don’t forget to count your rows here! Is pissing me off. And then there’s also ads in between puzzles. You should be able to watch one ad for 10 hints or be able to watch a 2 minute ad for a free hints pass for 24 hours. On a difficult puzzle I end up spending more time on the ads than the puzzles themselves. Even if you pay for the ad free version you still only get one free hint a day. If it gave you unlimited free hints like I can get on my computer I would consider paying for it. If this is improved I will update my review. **Developer response:** Hi, thank you so much for your detailed feedback. About hints that sometimes only remove one square: our hint system calculates the next logical step based on the current board state. Sometimes that small elimination is actually the key step required before more advanced deductions become possible. If we skipped it and jumped ahead, the next hint might become much harder to understand. Regarding ads: we agree that a completely ad-free experience is always better. Our current model is to make all levels free and available to everyone, so ads help support continued development. Some puzzle games use a different approach with a limited number of free levels followed by paid level packs or subscriptions. We chose this model because we want every player to be able to access all puzzles. We’re also adding more ways to get free hints. Currently, players can already receive free hint rewards during weekend events, and our next update will introduce a daily check-in feature with more free rewards. The note taking, x autofilling, undo, and hints features are the best I’ve seen in any similar apps. The biggest downside is that there aren’t enough puzzles!! I’ve finished all 1000 puzzles and do the daily puzzle every day—I really wish there were more! I purchased the remove ads version however I still have to watch an ad to get a hint.
