I have emailed them numerous times with zero response. I need to know how to retrieve my VIP level 95 account (VIP level 4) meaning I have spent in real life money on it. Seems like a pretty good reason for them to email back. I have been emailing them for SEVERAL months; I feel like that’s adequate time to get back to someone. I guess not in foxie’s world. Also several bullies in chat and some inappropriate horse names that have been called out as such in chat and emails sent to foxie 🙄 about but they continue to be allowed. So if your child is playing the game I would recommend blocking chat or being very much a helicopter parent. ### 2/5 — Ok *2026-08-26, version 131* If you like AI, pay-to-win games, and constant crashing, this is the game for you! They have an “art team”, which is blatantly just ai “artists”. Barely any art is the same, making it all clash. But i do have a couple of complaints and some suggestions as well. For graphic quality—when you turn it up it gets super laggy and kicks you out a lot. Also, it just doesn’t quite get the ambience of some games—the render distance isn’t quite far enough, the weather is quite random, and the plants and stuff are a little too vivid. No hate though—but I think we just need an update for ambience and getting rid of bugs. Next up—ranch builder. I don’t love it. It doesn’t really give you enough options to have a unique ranch. My suggestion for this one is just more variations of each object and just more fun things. And next the players and horse glitches… Someone fix the pony (arabian and pintabian) back problem!!! The player just looks so stiffly weird. And then the foal interactions are a bit awkward because the player just stands up and the foal dances around. Then, the boy avatars need to be improved at the joints because theyre kinda strange looking. SUGGESTIONS: more unique decorations, more biomes (the fall one is beautiful) and just more gorgeous clothing and horse accessories, like blankets or leg wraps in more colors. Then just pastel colors and aesthetically pleasing ranch versions and houses, and it would be a top notch job! The events are $40 and the special horses are $35!! On top of that they have a limited amount of items and horses you can have at once before you can’t get anything more and I thought the whole point of the game is to play with your friends and collect all sorts of unique horses nobody else has and share them with others in races and events in the game….. and the events for the most part don’t come back next year to a degree so you can earn stuff next year it comes around and instead it turns it into in game currency not gems like it should this game needs to get better for all the money people put into this I have had friends stop playing and now I’m left as the only one left and had to pay $50 to even get the VIP and I’m still limited with my items and horses so building my house and ranches you can buy limits what you can do with them and it just seems pointless to buy a new ranch but you can’t add anything to it because you maxed out your 1500 total items and horses allowed….. it’s getting to the point where I kinda want my money back if these issues don’t get solved because it’s really boring to play by myself AND MAN IS THIS GAME ONE OF THE GLITCHIEST GAMES OUT THERE and all of a sudden mid race or mid event will just crash the phone and overheats it pretty well also and can’t charge it and play at the same time I want to be able to interact with my horse more than just pet and ride it AND MAN I SHOULD BE ABLE TO NAME IT WHATEVER I WANT AS LONG AS IT ISNT A BAD WORD and would suggest more things to do than just cross country and show jumping with an update on controls because that isn’t as responsive as it should be again for the money people put into this game I expect it to be more than it is and my friends and family have stopped playing with me because they find it a waste of time, effort, and real world $$ that shouldn’t leave this game so frustrating the higher level you get….. the breeding is amazing for this game and the open world is absolutely stunning but this has so much more potential and seems like this just never updates into anything new outside of recently for new “wild horses” which makes it a little more worth it but still expensive to spend $30 in gems just to breed a horse in which I don’t have to spend WEEKLY for tasks So if you want a basic child’s game for a 10 year old then MAYBE this would work if your child is happy with basics and just wants to run around but only have a small farm of a few horses and items to customize your ranch then you could probably do ok if you don’t mind missing out on events when they come around…. I am not sure I will keep actively playing this game without a significant upgrade because for the few hundred dollars I have spent over the years I’m not happy with no new really fun things changing and at 1300 out of 1500 items I get sick of being reminded how limited this game truly has gotten for those who are getting higher levels like I am….. I think it would be fun if you could sell your horses. So, you can choose whether you want to sell them for breeding tokens, gems, gold, curtain Potions, or resources but have a max so no one tries to sell a horse for 10,000 gems. Also, you know how there’s a door in the building in Agricola that takes you to the arcade? (Of course you do. You made the game) There could be a door in some stable that takes you to some place that shows all the horses for sale. And you could place them all into there correct groups. So, Regular Horses, Fantasy Horses, and Limited Horses. Then, in the Regular Horses group, there’s Friesians, Friesian Sport Horses, Mustangs e.t.c. Then the same for Fantasy Horses and Limited Horses. II. In my opinion, the Wild Horse’s patters are getting a little boring. Most of them now have that same swirly pattern and spot pattern on them. I’ve only seen a few of the Wild Horses that I actually really liked. But give it its actual own breed and its own unique build like a Shetland Pony would be smaller with shorter legs. I’ve written my ideas below!👇🏼 Shetland Pony- Build: I think people would love to have different sized horses. So you could make the Shetland Pony much smaller than the other horses! So this horse (pony) could have a Stocky and muscular body with short, strong legs and broad feet designed to navigate boggy moorlands. Coat Pattern/Color: Can come in nearly every solid color and pattern (such as piebald and skewbald) except for spotted/leopard patterns. Mane: The mane can be, exceptionally long, thick, and shaggy. Akhal-Teke Horse- An ancient, RARE horse breed. Famous for its striking metallic gold coat, slender, greyhound–like frame, and extreme endurance. Build: Tall and lean with a long neck, flat muscles, sparse mane/tail, and deep chest. Coat Color: Very, very shiny. The coat is a unique metallic coat that shines like silk. This unique hair structure creates a glowing, mirror gloss that makes the horse look like it is carved from metal. Coat colors can be, Buckskin and Palomino-The most famous shades, creating a rich golden hue. Cremello and Perlino-Pale cream or pearl-like coats. Chestnut and Bay-Ranging from deep red-gold to rich brown. Grey and Black-Greys display a silvery glow, while blacks show a brilliant metallic luster. Mane: Very thin or sparse mane and tail. Marwari Horse- My favorite out of all of them!! Build: A RARE ancient horse breed famous for its distinctive inward-curving ears that can rotate 180 degrees. This horse is tall, lean athletic, and light-boned with an arched neck and sloping shoulders designed for deep sand. Ears- Very Important!! Horse breeds. I think everyone would absolutely LOVE if you made more horse breeds. Not just like, an Appaloosa Friesian, or an Appaloosa Quarter Horse. But give it its actual own breed and its own unique build like a Shetland Pony would be smaller with shorter legs. I’ve written my ideas below!👇🏼 Shetland Pony- Build: I think people would love to have different sized horses. So you could make the Shetland Pony much smaller than the other horses! So this horse (pony) could have a Stocky and muscular body with short, strong legs and broad feet designed to navigate boggy moorlands. Coat Pattern/Color: Can come in nearly every solid color and pattern (such as piebald and skewbald) except for spotted/leopard patterns. Mane: The mane can be, exceptionally long, thick, and shaggy. Akhal-Teke Horse- An ancient, RARE horse breed. Famous for its striking metallic gold coat, slender, greyhound–like frame, and extreme endurance. Build: Tall and lean with a long neck, flat muscles, sparse mane/tail, and deep chest. Coat Color: Very, very shiny. The coat is a unique metallic coat that shines like silk. This unique hair structure creates a glowing, mirror gloss that makes the horse look like it is carved from metal. Coat colors can be, Buckskin and Palomino-The most famous shades, creating a rich golden hue. Cremello and Perlino-Pale cream or pearl-like coats. Chestnut and Bay-Ranging from deep red-gold to rich brown. Grey and Black-Greys display a silvery glow, while blacks show a brilliant metallic luster. Mane: Very thin or sparse mane and tail. Marwari Horse- My favorite out of all of them!! Build: A RARE ancient horse breed famous for its distinctive inward-curving ears that can rotate 180 degrees. This horse is tall, lean athletic, and light-boned with an arched neck and sloping shoulders designed for deep sand. Ears- Very Important!! Unique, sickle-shaped ears that curve inward so the tips often touch. Coat Pattern/Color: Appears in all equine colors, including bay, chestnut, grey, palomino, and pinto/skewbald patterns. Mane: Naturally fine, flowing manes and tails, traditionally left long or styled/braided. I know I’m asking a lot but, please, please, please!!! Out of everything I’m asking, (sorry, I know I’m asking for a lot of things) this is the thing I want most! I would appreciate it soooo much if you guys would do this! Thank you!
